• Telegram ID and username (if available)
• Device type
• License validity period
• Payment status via Telegram Stars (no financial data)
• Support history (if applicable)

3. Purpose

All data is processed solely to ensure connection functionality, service stability, and support operations.

4. Retention

• Licenses: up to 24 months after expiration
• Support tickets: up to 12 months
• Technical logs: up to 90 days

5. Third Parties

Data is not shared with third parties except for Telegram (platform) and hosting providers (infrastructure).

6. Deletion

You may request data removal via the /delete_me command in the bot or by emailing orbitconnect@proton.me.
